  • Laughter (Comedians were my therapists long before I knew about therapy and even science says it really is good medicine!)

  • Photography supports me in taking a moment to find beauty in the world (in addition to the other reasons found in the link)

  • Reading poetry like The Journey, by Mary Oliver
